Deprioritize Tool

Upload a HubSpot company export. The tool protects a set of priority specialties, then scrubs each company name and specialty against a deprioritize exclusion list — and adds recommendation columns to your file.

1Add your CSV

Drop your CSV list from HubSpot. This creates two new columns recommending whether to deprioritize each row — one based on the Top 3 (tighter exclusion) list and one based on the Top 13 (looser exclusion) list — so you can compare and pick which to use.

How it works

Every row is evaluated the same way, in two stages:

  1. Protect priority specialties. If the row's Main Specialty is on the "included / protected" list (below), it's kept — never deprioritized.
  2. Scrub the exclusion list. The company name and specialty are scanned for deprioritize terms (e.g. dermatology, urology, imaging, urgent care). A match recommends deprioritizing — and a specialty in the company name wins even over a protected specialty.

Disqualified stays disqualified. Rows whose HubSpot Lifecycle Stage is Disqualified are protected — they're left as Disqualified in both columns and never re-scored.

What each list protects (never deprioritized)

The two lists differ only in how much they protect — Top 3 keeps fewer specialties, so it deprioritizes more.

Top 3 · tighter

Protects 3 core specialties — primary care, Neurology, and OB/GYN. Deprioritizes more.

Top 13 · looser

Protects 13 core specialties. Deprioritizes fewer.

If either list is still showing specialties that shouldn't be here, flag to Michelle Zhou.
